First Jessi Combs and now we've lost Sabine Schmitz. These two women excelled in an era when most people are too bothered to drive more than 20 miles and society's push to take this pleasure away from us. In this tribute you will witness the pure joy of driving.

Sad to say I've never heard of her until just now. Thank you so much for sharing this! What an amazing person! I agree with your comment about the joy of driving. She had so much fun driving! Great video! Everyone should watch this. It's great to see women who not only hang with the boys, but rather dominate them! That Nuremberg run in the van was awesome!!!

I was flipping around the dial years ago and stumbled across the original British version of Top Gear and Sabine was in one of those first episodes I had seen. I was an instant fan of hers and I continued to watch the show through the years until Clarkson's falling out with the BBC.
Her dominance of a grueling track with 147 corners is truly staggering. The Nurburgring kind of makes NASCAR tracks look like glorified Beltways around a city center, and no one person has ever owned it like Sabine.
I've always said if I could find a Lady with that kind of passion about cars and driving I would probably still be married. I also would gladly support a brilliant talent and successful career as Sabine had. I was truly bummed when I heard of her passing. The Nurburgring should be forever known as "The Sabine-Ring".

First let me preface this by saying I know there are many types of cancer. That said, I personally think the lack of treatment and cure are more a function of greed, than they are a lack in our ability to make meaningful progress in finding cures. :rant:over.

We have been misled for decades. Plain and simple. Gov, Big Pharma, AMA, and Insurance are all in on the biggest grifter scam in the history of the world. I get laughed at quite a lot, but I don't trust any of these entities.
