Always wanted one, so i when my Hyundai Sonata got totaled last week, i figured it was time to get something a little more bad ass. Bought a brand new 2021 SR5 XP Predator and i LOVE it. Found this forum looking for what kinda gas i should run in it. Figured id join the community. Any suggestions on first mod? I was thinking bully bar.

Yeah im pretty sure is a dealer mod done by Southeastern Toyota. If you google search it you can get all the specs. Basically an SR5 with some TRD bells and whistles

None. Bone Stock. EXCEPT: Brushguard, tow hitch, both welded to the frame. It's good to have friends and a fully equipped garage!
    Welcome aboard!

Most of these trucks are designed to run the 87 octane fuel. Generally, the lowest octane rating on a average fuel pump. The ECU is programmed to use that octane rating.
Avoid the fuels with ethanol in them. These trucks don't like it at all. The fuels they add junk to in the winter, that sort of stuff.

I would get a good brushguard for the front end. You do any off-roading, it's vital, and even can reduce damage you take in a relatively low-speed collision with someone else. It can transfer a lot of the forces involved to the heaviest frame members. May not stop all damage, but it helps protect you, if nothing else.
Most off-road shops will be more than happy to recommend a good unit, and install it for you. Make sure it's a good, heavy unit, that is welded directly to the frame. NOT just bolted to the bumper, or something like that.

    Good luck! Great looking truck!
    Pat☺

Read up on TSS(Toyota Safety Sense) before making your choice. Some will not interfere with it, and others likely will. fwiw
