2007 4Runner LTD=Rear driver side(only) turn signal doesn't work after replacing bulb. Front and rear view mirror signals work ( but flash fast) No corrosion or moisture, and brake and backup lights work.Any ideas? Thanks!

can you check that the replacement bulb is good? do the lights on the other side flash at a normal rate?

Tried both new Bosch bulbs (even tried them on the right side) so they are good. Right side flashes at normal speed.

If your old rear bulbs work but new ones dont, then the bulb is likely the wrong style. Took me 4 sets of turn signal lights for me to get the right one so dont think you're alone.
As for hyper flashing, its cause your new bulb draws less power than the computer is used to sending back there, so the hyperflash is the error 'notification'. This will fix that, if you decide to continue with anything but OEM https://www.diodedynamics.com/cf18-lm449-led-turn-signal-flasher.html. The relay is under the dash, literally on the backside of the small fuse panel in front of your left knee. Youtube is your friend on how to pull the panel
