So, we have a white 2021 TRD Off-Road and the wife and I aren’t a fan of the silver front and rear valence so I’m thinking I want to tackle vinyl wrapping them. Anyone had luck with this? Any pointers or things you learned you could pass on? TIA!

I had it done on mine and am very happy. The replacement front valance leaves a gap the same color as your truck that connects with the honeycomb grill. I never liked that so I had it wrapped all the way up. I also wrapped the bar across the middle. Was going to do the Pro grill, but really like how this turned out more.

Im also going to wrap the middle bar across. I got a couple quotes from installers and it was very expensive. Decided I will do myself. I ordered 3M 2080 series vinyl and 3M knifeless tape. Just need warmer weather

I used Raptor Liner. Kit comes with plenty, and a spray gun. I used my small compressor. Scuffed em up a bit, taped em off and got after it.
. Front and rear valances, and also the roof rack. (Took the rack off to spray) Looks so much better black (imho).
Didnt take long at all. And it still looks the same (dirty but same) to this day.

Goos luck with what ever direction ya choose mate.

looks really good! Did the valances have to be removed to wrap or were they done on the vehicle?

My experience isn't directly related to what your planning, BUT, my son bought me the 3M pre-cut clear bra.

We installed it ourselves, it was a difficult job but it turned out pretty good. The front end of our T4R's has a lot of complex geometric shapes.

I think you can do it, just take your time. We did like 2-3 pieces a night. Took about a week.

I figured my experience covering model aircraft would help.

    I don't think I'll do it again. ;)
