RECALL NOTICE: Cooper Tires

If any of you subscribe to the NHTSA you will have seen the recall notice for some Cooper tires for sidewall separation issues, including Discoverer AT3, ATP.

I got to admit this scared me a little because I have cooper Discoverers, but not in that size

 

I thought I noticed my sidewalls were bulging a little on my last 4R pic. Good thing I have a 25 year old spare....

 

Pretty sure mine are still good to go

 

Bulges add sidewall grip, perfectly normal

 

I’m pretty sure this helps in water crossings.

Yep, same here, our size not on the list!

 

Evolution MTs not affected. Leaving on a 3,000 mile road trip in the morning and this would have seriously hampered plans.
