Nice! I still work at the same construction company, moved up to management a few years ago. It pays well but is very frustrating some days.

 

Congrats man! I LOVE what I do now. There's always frustrating parts to the day, but all in all I'm so happy I changed industries and wish I would have sooner.

Yeah I doubt it. We’ve been building 7/11’s for the last year or two and this rain has been murdering our schedules. Makes for a lot of weekend and holiday work.

Looks like I jumped the gun on the above post about purchasing the wife a ‘21. Deposit was in at Gastonia. Supposed to pick it up this past Fri/Sat. They were dealer trading from Rock Hill but Rock Hill had already sold it apparently. Not sure. So, back to square one. Bastards.

 

Where in Charlotte is best for a front end alignment. 2.5” lifted Tundra?

 

A lot of people like Lacy's Alignment near Little Hardware. I think they charge $130, but you get what you pay for.

 

I've had great success with Indian Land Imports. Just across the SC state line on 521. They specialize in Honda, Toyota, & Lexus. Think a 4 wheel alignment would run $65-70 with tax IIRC.

@Dark Knight how well did the Allpro bumper fit on your pickup? I am debating ordering the same one, I like how it mounts the winch lower than other bumpers.

 

It took adjustment. The way the bar work was welded to the mounting plate made it very difficult to align bolts and get them tight. I had to massage the bar work a little with a small sledge. Overall, definitely one of the better bumpers out

 

Where exactly do the side bars attach, to the top of each core support mount? I have the 1/4” reinforcement plate welded to the front so I’m curious how those will line up.
