Alright so picked mine back up today and here is what the mechanic found:

Written in the pictures taken by the mechanic:
-Fuel filter not bolted and leaking fuel
-radiator not bolted, holes don't line up, wrong radiator
-Needs battery holder -Idle stop screw missing
    -Timing cover bolts missing
The motor is a 22re. He said it would be difficult to source the timing cover bolts. Anyone know where I can find them? He says the reason why is because these bolts must be specific lengths, as otherwise they will cause issues with the timing chain and tensioner if they're too long.
Going to meet someone near by tomorrow to get the radiator and some of the other parts.
Oh speaking of, would a radiator for the 3.0 match on this body? Does that matter or were these bodies made pretty much the same?

Vibration kills batteries and yet virtually every used vehicle I come across arrives sans any sort of hold-down. I buy J-hooks en masse and fab square stock to go across the battery in most cases.

Your radiator is not a question of radiator support fitment so much as inlet and outlet locations. See if the same part # is listed on RA for a 22RE and a 3.0

Thanks for the info. I'll see if I can do the same. Do you weld anything? I don't have access to a welder, but I'm sure I can ask the mechanic.
That's what I figured for the radiator as well. If those holes had lines up, I would've opted to just mount it myself and buy some general hoses to cut to size...hopefully the radiator I find tomorrow is going to fit up if it's from a 3.0 4runner...

I usually just use 1/2" sq solid stock and drill holes for the J-hooks to pass thru.
