Oil pressure gauge not functioning

    It looks like my oil pressure Gauge is not working. Anyone one of you have this problem?
    I did disconnect the connector from the bottom of the engine and the needle has not change

    1998 4Runner Limited. 4x4
    3inch lift.
    It’s possibly the pig tail and connector clip that goes to the oil pressure sending unit or the wire that connects to it is damaged somewhere. Could be the sending unit itself. If it’s the gauge I’m not sure how to fix or replace that without replacing the whole gauge cluster. You could always get a mechanical gauge if you’d like. Although finding a place to mount it that looks decent and is out of the way might be difficult.
