Hi guys, I just went for a 5,000 mile service last week and noticed my backup camera can now see my plate number and it is not centered. I am sure I never noticed this previously... Can you please tell me if this is normal? Thanks

Nope, not normal. You should be seeing center, and just barely see your bumper.

The camera seems to be in it's proper place, the image on my screen looks like the camera is zoomed out... I wonder if it can be controlled via software.

Seem to me the lens itself may have shifted

mine isn't completely centered either, but I've adjusted to it. Keep in mind it's a fish eye lens, which tends to distort things. I tend to use my mirrors more than the camera, though. The camera is good for lining up a trailer and making sure I don't back up too far into the garage.
