Just got back from Anza with the TW crew. What a fun trip. Made a new friend with a 4Runner too.

You are making me what a 5th gen even more! I love the white. Almost as much as I love the Orange Color! Maybe I'll sell one of my 3rd Gens for one.

Do it! I really wanted black but this was available haha. Quicksand is my favorite but you have to get a pro for that.

Sliders are done! Thanks @Relentless. Can't wait to get them on.

Also I forget to update this thread as much.

I installed a FrontRunner Roof Rack as I'm sure you could see from my photos! Really loving it!

Did you get that clunk addressed? On a previous Tacoma build of mine that clunk was from the coil overs being cranked down too much.

When you crank the coilover down too much you are loosing travel. You are basically shortening the stroke of the shock. You want to have as much up/down travel as the suspension will allow without binding. When you crank up the coilovers too much you affect that.

get my sliders next week. Getting them welded on next Monday! :goingcrazy::goingcrazy:

I get my new ToyTec Superflex HD coil springs the week after.

I’m getting a CB Antenna Bracket for my roof rack made sometime soon, then I’m buying a Front Skid and a 40" roof lightbar and installing my duallys in my fog light location.

SO MUCH TO DO BEFORE THE OVERLAND EXPO!:burnrubber::burnrubber:

Hey guys. Wanted some advice. Far in advance.

This is the bumper I'll be getting in the future. Looks sick.

It was occurring to me that this leaves a bit of the grill about the size of my old tacoma's grill.

What do you guys think of me trying to make a replica of my old Tacoma grill to fit into that spot? I think it would look pretty sweet but I'm having trouble picturing it.

I'll ask the guy for a straight on shot! That would be awesome. I can't decide if it would look cool or cheesy.

    Kind of both.

I'm getting a 40" roof bar under my rack at some point. Then I want to put a 20" bar in my front bumper when I order it from @Relentless if it will fit. We will see. If not, I'll throw it behind my grill.

I'm getting around to ordering my rear bumper from them though so I'll be taking a break from spending for a bit after that.

Buddy and I just planned a camping and drinking trip this weekend. Should be a blast. And my deposit on my @Relentless bumper has been placed! Can't wait to get more of that beautiful steel.

A few updates as I got some stuff done.

Installed some mounts for a mini shovel on my Roof Rack. I think it's cute...

Also got an automobile Fire Extinguisher mounted in back.

Made a make shift Hi lift mount using the stock Tie-Downs and zip ties.

This was all in prep for my camping trip up fig mountain with some buddies. Unfortunately that didn't go very well.

We got to a sick campsite by the creek, I started to get a headache. I thought it was my lack of my daily 5 cups of coffee, but it wasn't. We were about to go on a trail and leave a friends truck to hold the site. I felt so crappy that I didn't want to drive. We left my truck so I road in my friends Tacoma. On the way back to camp I was feeling worse and worse. I got back to camp and deteriorated into a ball in a chair by the fire. I started to realize I was getting a terrible migraine. My girlfriend made me go lay in the tent for a couple hours to try to sleep it off. I couldn't sleep at all. I was extremely photo sensitive and becoming nauseous. I couldn't eat dinner and my girlfriend ended up driving me home in case I had to go to the hospital or something. No camping for me... :(
