    I just received the TSO grill I ordered and the letters came separate. Has anyone run into this before? Is this the standard way they come?
    Now that I have to put the lettering on myself doesn’t anyone have any tips on how to do this?

    I spoke with TSO and they said if I ship it back they will put the letters on for me. I’ll admit that I think they should come preinstalled I’d like to commend TSO for good customer service. They easily could have said to bad.
