I have a 2015 limited with 3rd row seats. I don't use the 3rd row seats often, but I have kids so the option is nice. Mine came with the carpet cargo mat and the rubber/plastic cargo mat. Neither of the them stay put. I coach my sons baseball team, so I always have at least a bucket of baseballs and gear in the back. Nothing stays put back there, including either cargo mat I use. I started to tieing off the bucket of balls to the child seat tether, but still when my son pulls his gear out the mat comes with it. The mat does fit perfect(as it should, its the factory mat). Any suggestions on a mat that will stay in place? I have thought about putting the coarse side of Velcro on the bottom of the cargo mat to help stay in place, but figured I would see if any body has a better idea!

I was going to suggest Velcro as well.

I use the 3M command hook velcro to keep my cargo tray/mat in place.

I used some velcro (not sure of brand) but couldn't get the adhesive side to stick to the underside of my Weathertech liner...will be following this thread for advice..I'm always toting soccer balls, marching drums and or robotics stuff so my liner gets a workout.

I got Velcro brand strips from Lowes, 5, 15lb strips 3/4" wide about $5 . I cleaned the spots on the bottom of the mat with some rubbing alcohol. Its been about a week and the cargo mat has not moved. With every thing going on, shopping trips, baseball practices, so far so good. The real test will be when I need to remove the mat for cleaning, then I will find out how well the velcro stuck to the mat.

This annoys the crap out of me every time I open my trunk. I am going to try some Velcro.

UPDATE cargo mat has not moved yet! Removed it to open 3rd row seats and velcro stayed stuck to the mat. So far so good!!!

Thanks for the tips! Going to have to do this as well, the mat moves every time the dog jumps in and out.
