So, I'm driving a 2020 Venture. My goal is to level the front and get ride of the dive and the roll. If I'm being completely honest, it is probably more the look than off-road performance. I'm in NJ and use it as a daily driver. However the end goal in my buildout is to arrive in Moab over the summer to some of the more tame routes since I'm new to off-roading.
I'm adding about 125lbs. to the front end in bumper, winch and lights. Should I go with 6112 or 5100's. If I go with 5100's should I do springs and if so what duty? If I go with 6112's should I do a light or medium duty spring? In either case, how much lift should I look for to level the truck, considering the front end weight I'm adding?
I know its a lot question, but I'm not an expert clearly, and I've been shopping these for a while. I'm pretty set on the Bilstein but Not sure on final set up. Any help you guys could offer would be much appreciated.

I have 5100’s with Headstrong Off-Roads in-house coils, and it rides great. With your front setup I think you should go with a coil that has a 650lb spring rate which would be medium duty. If all you want to do is level the truck, ditch the 6112 and just do 5100 in the front with a 550lb spring rate, rated for stock weight. If you went with medium duty the 125lbs wouldn’t be enough to bring you down to level grounds and you’d be nose high. Going with a light duty spring that’s rated for 2”-3” stock weight, would bring you down closer to that 1”-1.5” lift with your weight up front.

I have Bilstein 5100 on my Limited and it looks very weak compared to OME. I have soooo much confidence with OME offroad. On road comfort if firm on OME compared to Bilstein 5100. I'm planning to switch to Toytec 2.0 next. If I want more offroad performance I'd go with Toytec 2.5s.

For top of the line I like ELKA 2.5 DC alot. I mean ALOT..!!

You have a lot of options. I suggest reading my "5th Gen 4Runner Suspension Options" thread.. it should be on the first page for 5th Gens here.

If I were you, I'd go with the Bilstein 6112 up front with the normal 600 lb/in spring. That's still an increase over the stock spring rate to help with your additional weight up front. In the rear you could probably get away with just the 5100's, but I went for 5160's personally. Set the 6112's to, hmm, probably 5 Drivers side and 3 Passenger side, to level the truck with that additional weight (raise front about an inch or so from stock height).

Depends on the Bilsteins. If you're talking about 6112's, then I'd personally just spend the extra money for Kings.

If you're talking about the 8112's that @SlvrSlug posted, they are more advanced than King on Fox's typical monotube offerings.
