Hi, new here. I have 1989 forerunner with the V6. In the morning when it's cold it idles fine but seems sluggish for a mile or two then ok & idles good for a motor with almost 300,000 miles on it. But after stopping and restarting it will not idle and die until I've driven a mile or two. The timing belt was just changed and a new water pump put on it. I have a new gasket for the throttlebody and was going to clean it but someone told me there is an idle control motor that could be causing this trouble. Can someone please elaborate? Or give me some suggestions as to what to do? thank you,Glenn
