Suspension for the 4runner is a tad more complicated to choose than it was for my Tundra. Anyway my wife wants suspension on her 20 TRD ORP non KDSS. No spacers!! Currently have Method NV with factory size Toyo AT3 LT load E. Since we're in roughly $1k in tires we're keeping them so I don't want to look like I skipped leg day, although the wheels do make the tires look pretty stuffed at factory height. I also want to avoid UCAs. My thinking is 6112 @ 2" and a 1.5" rear coil. I have 6112 on my Tundra and like them. How would that look rake wise? Any other routes I should explore would be appreciated. I know 2.5" and up on a Tundra calls for UCAs but I've never been able to find spec for 4runner. I'm thinking 2.5" up front would look goofy with factory size tires. Here's a picture for reference as it sits now.20200428_183143.jpg

You’ll sit roughly about an inch or less higher in the rear than the front. You shouldn’t need UCA’s, and the 265’s shouldn’t look horrible. The back might sit a little funny being lifted on stock tire size, but haven’t really looked into it.

Here's 265 1" rear 2.5 up front. That was temporary as went with 285

Are you a little nose high or is it the picture angle?

    Probably
probably the angle. Runners tend to look nose high when perfectly level. The white one had 1.5" front to back and the gray one is 1" higher in back

Eibach advertising 1" but I got 1.5. Ended up buying their adjustable type and set to 1"

No, some people get them but with my offset on the rims, was not needed for 285s... Would not be needed with 265

    I'm on 6112's at 2.4" front, 1.5" rear coils. Here's a picture when I had stock size KO2's.

These are the 1" coils I bought. Pretty much dead on as advertised. 7/8" to 1" depending on the day I measure...lol.

    Bilstein 36-281817.

I did UCA's in the front with the 2.5" lift. Can't really say whether I actually needed them or not...but I decided to just replace them while I had everything apart and be done with it.

For the record...it's about as level as possible.

On level ground with a half tank of gas these were my measurements...

Hub to fender lip. Actually measured from bottom rim lip and then I subtracted 8.5". Most exact way I know to do it.

    DF 23.625" PF 23.875"
    DR 23.625" PR 23.9375"

~.25" driver's side lean. Perfect enough for me.

New measurements because @ForRun pointed out the error in my method.

    DF 22.875" PF 23.125"
    DR 22.875" PR 23.1875"

These are 0 offset and 4.5 backspace with 285
Good way to measure but check your wheel diameter. A 17" rim is not always 17"diameter at the lip.

Hot damn...I didn't even think about that!

Just measured. 18.5". Will have to edit my other measurements!

Elka 2.0 IFP 2-3" adjustable range with 14" 650lb coils. Went with the matching Elka rear shocks.

FWIW my 4Runner is non-kdss like yours.

It just happened. I just ordered the Eibach pro lift for my 2016 SR5. Just wondering if anyone has pictures of a SR5 having 2.5" front and 1" back. Some pictures with the stock wheels would be interesting to see. I won't be putting on new wheels until the spring.

Thanks' but I'm more interested in the SR5 stock wheels. I'm wondering what the offset is going to look like after the lift. I guess the offset is the same though isn't it. 15mm

What's the general consensus on a rear coil spacer? I hear our OE spring is good but just wondering since I'm only wanting 1" in the rear what would be the downside of a spacer vs a new coil.
