Who'd like to help the elderly (me) with Android Auto/Navigation/Waze

Help please if you have a moment.
2021 4R Off-road Premium Non JBL
I've created an Entune account, signed in with the phone and vehicle.
I'd like to see WAZE on the 4runner's screen.
Possible?

I've scrolled through the menus several times looking for 'mirroring' and didn't even see
that, yet in the menus is 'Android Auto'.
I plug in via usb and I listen to podcast or music through the 4runner's stereo.
Surely I'm missing something simple?

Maybe WAZE is too much to ask. What about simple google map routing?
I think (pretty sure) my vehicle has Toyotas navigation for 2 years...what if I
want Google instead?

Don't spend too much time on an answer. I'll google and read through the forum threads
when time allows. I'm just hoping it is something simple.

 

Plug your phone in thru the usb and select the app on the screen.
