    Hi Everyone!
I’m excited about being a new member on this forum I have always loved 4Runners and we recently purchased a 2010 4X4 Pearl White SR5. It has the black/charcoal fabric seats. We were fortunate to find this one owner that has been serviced every time from the Toyota Dealership he bought it from. It has 140,000 miles on it, it has been taken care of from what we can see and how it drives. I was ecstatic today when I found the USB port in the glove box so I could play my music from my IPhone. This model does not have navigation. It does have the phone answer and hang up buttons on the steering wheel but I haven’t figured out how to use it. Our other two vehicles are new and the phone set up them were super easy.

I would like to ask a question. My SR5 has the 17X7 stock wheels which I love how they look since there is silver/chrome in the grill and on the tailgate where it says 4Runner. I would like a little more aggressive looking tire, maybe the Nitto Terra Grapplers or the BF Goodrich? What’s the largest I can run without leveling it?

    I am open to suggestions

Welcome to 4runner family yall will love this platform
cant remember exactly but I'd like to say 275/70 17will fit just perfect.
Yall could get away with 285 but in my opinion...that'll fill the well too much without a level

Welcome275/70/17 should fit but that size doesn't have a lot to choose from. Stock size has a lot of choices.

I'd stay with stock size. A 10 year old truck with 140k is going to have some suspension sag and you may get unexpected rubbing with larger tires.

We're fixing to relocate to E Tn soon. In fact, I have an interview in Alcoa this week!

Welcome to the forum from Wisconsin!

As mentioned, 275's are said to fit without issue. 285's can fit with some modifications.

And, like @ruiz4251 mentioned, a more aggressive looking tire can improve the look as much as a larger tire, and not affect fuel economy and performance as much.

Well, I did it! I bought new tires and went with stock size since it is 10 years old @MeefZah smart thinking on your behalf! I went with some TOYO OPEN COUNTRY A/T’s. They look really good and have a excellent ride to them. I am very pleased with how well they ride. The side wall and tread looks just aggressive enough so it’s not so boring looking. I will make some better pictures so you can see it from the sides and front. It’s supposed to snow here tomorrow :santa2: and I really hope it does! We rarely see snow here and especially at Christmas.

Oh yeah! I had Katzkin leather installed too! My excuse for that purchase was my French Bulldog Jax, his hair was sticking in the cloth seats :spending:
If anyone is wanting nice leather seats I would highly recommend them. I need to take pictures of the seats and get them posted. Expect better pictures of tires and pictures of the interior after Christmas. I’m taking a little break from cooking and thought I would share the crappy picture I took :santa2:

Absolutely love them! I just picked it up this morning, I dropped it off yesterday. The quality is amazing and the company that’s a installer here in Knoxville, TN did a wonderful job! We just bought this 4Runner a couple of weeks ago. The cloth was still in really good shape, no rips or holes. Katzkin actually sent more foam for the side of driver’s seat due to the breaking down of the factory foam from getting in and out, plus the age.

I actually talked to a Katzkin Rep in CA. I sent them pictures and gave them my VIN so they made sure they sent the correct design and also so they could see if I needed some new foam.

Tires look great! I'm not for leather but if it works for you and your puppy all the better! All the times I've been wet and muddy, dirty and off road and beach Im sure leather would not smell very nice or last very long...but I tell you what leather does sound like a nice thing to have...im jealous!
