I have two items in the engine bay of my 4R that I am not sure what purpose they serve. I attempted to locate them on a Toyota engine bay diagram, but I suspect the diagram is not current for 2020 4Rs.

The first pic shows a small square fuse box next to the usual large fuse box. What items are are connected to the small square fusebox? I was going to install an OE bracket in this area and fuse block kit here. But now I need to figure out how to navigate around this box, or move it.

The second pic shows a black plastic cover over some type of device, with a hose connecting to the engine. Next to it is the power steering fluid. There is a plastic clasp on the black cover, which I can release, but the cover still does not release. I can't seem to tell what else is holding it on, and I certainly don't want to break it. I would just like to know what purpose this serves.

Thanks for all the expert insights in advance.

Don’t know what the relays do, but if you pop the cover off, it should say what they do on the back side. The other pic is the air injection air filter.
