Hello everyone, I was looking for a bumper led bar that I could put on a 4Runner 2017 limited and which lights up well. I've seen a lot of them put on TRDs or SR5s, but less on limited ones, which makes me wonder if it's still easy. Does the front bumper of Limited pull out as well as an SR5 for example? I was also looking for a good bar, but not at $ 800 either, but I would like to have a good quality like this (I saw a lot of them on YouTube that take water after 6 months, it's not interesting. If you have had a bar for some time you will give me your feedback, if it takes water, if it lights up well and also if the installation is done easily. Thank you :)

Try caliraisedled. They have LED bars and mounting brackets.

As @dricko mentioned, Caliraised is a good option for a lower price. They also have nice OEM style switches that will fit in your dash, if you have blank knockouts.

I have a 20" Rigid that was a little over $500, and it's really nice if you don't mind spending a little extra.

I had read somewhere that Rigid make the best off-road led bar, I will take a look into these one too. Thank for your input :)

Caliraised are good value and their service has been quick and friendly. Their lights are mechanically a lot better quality than the generic el-cheapo lights, and they use quality, name brand LEDs. I have a 32" dual row hidden bumper bar from them on my Tacoma. It's very bright and the color temp rather cold, and it feels somewhat harsh on the long secluded backroad home late at night. At 300 watts it's brighter than I need, and I find myself riding the switch in the dash in the event a vehicle is coming around a blind turn from the other way.

For my wife's T4R I just got a single row 32" amber 150w bar along with their T4R hidden mounts from Caliraised, which is less harsh and a lot warmer than the dual row; the goal being to throw just enough lumens down the middle to light up anything on the road (like lava chunks or new deep holes and running water) to fill in gaps and middle distance and complement my excellent amber Baja squadron sports fogs which cover the edges nicely. My first impressions are very good, time and night travel with them will reveal the true tale. I was surprised that the new light bar is almost an inch shorter than the dual row 32" lightbar on the Tacoma. I had assumed that they would be interchangeable.

I really like the Baja and Rigid lights, but they are much more expensive.

Thank you Starr , its good to know for the cold temp and the brightness of the dual 32. I think I will go with the amber since I don't want too much. Maybe even a single row amber will do the trick for me. I will take a look at the price difference between the Caliraised and the Baja, but for my use, I think the Caliraised will be good enough. :)

BTW, it's worth checking if Baja Designs has what you want in their scratch and dent department. The good folks there have a list that they update periodically on the Tacoma World site, or you can call them up, and if they have what you need it's sometimes a great deal for superb lighting.

150w quality LEDs is indeed plenty of additional light along with good fogs unless you are really running the back of beyond pedal to the metal.
I'll give a more complete review of the amber single row as soon as I have several late night trips on them after having also dialed in the aiming to my taste.
It always takes me a while to aim lights and to get them just right. I recently switched out my low beam H11 bulbs on both trucks for foredom-modified H9s recently and adding 6112s, and it took me a few tries using the tape I keep on on my garage wall to get them just right.
    Happy Thanksgiving, Regards & enjoy!
