Hey - I was just replacing my sway bar bushings this morning on my 2007 4runner and stumbled upon this unattached metal tubing connector near the front suspension area. Both sides are unattached. Does anyone know what this is and used for? I'm also seeing a section that looks to have had some sort of bracket that looks to be missing as well, so I'm wondering if the piece that it was connected too was also attached here. Not sure, so any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

Did you buy it second hand? Maybe it was for an aftermarket shock with a reservoir?
