Spent all of Saturday afternoon putting the Bilstein 5100 on the front end, alone. It is set at the 1.75 level and was a pain in the butt. Sunday, my son came over and we put the rear shocks on which went a whole lot easier. I bought the spacers but left them out since this is what I wound up with. I may add them later, but for now I'll leave them out. Pic's are before and after and we removed the running board. There is a big difference between the Bilsteins and the shocks that were on it. The fronts were shot anyway.

Tire wise, I am going to stick to something that will fit without having to trim anything.

On a side note, I had an annoying rattle which was more prominent on the drivers side front area. My son figured out that the two anti rattle clips were missing from both side brake pads. Putting new ones on ended the rattle completely.

Found lots of good info here and on Youtube about doing the work.

It looks like the front end is higher in the photo but it really isn't, I think there is a high spot in the driveway where this was taken. On level ground it has a slight forward rake.
