Hi guys, I'm new to the forum, a proud owner of a new Venture for 4 days now. Planning on a 3" lift and wondering if that presents challenges to pulling a small trailer for carrying smallish loads for yardwork etc.
    Thoughts?

It shouldn't. You might want a hitch with a little more drop than you would use at stock height.

If you're increasing tire size, that will have a bigger effect. I am on 285's (32.8") and have towed a few times since the change. The difference is noticeable, but not bad. You just need to be a little more patient. I drive like a grandpa when towing, so I have no issues.:D

Thank you so much! Very relevant as I am planning on 285s.

No issues here, 2.5" lift, 285s. I drag smaller shit around frequently in open utility trailers or with a motorcycle trailer. Generally when I tow I'm doing 700+ miles, between states. This was norCal to Seattle and back to pick up a used cycle:

Kendon 2-rail. It's not mine, I borrow it. The back 1/4 of it (at the axle, basically) folds up and you can then stand it on end and store it vertically against a wall. Kind of cool.
