I'm looking at suspension kits for my 2020 ORP with KDSS and runnin4tacos.com states " If your 4Runner is equipped with KDSS, then you are limited to only a 1" lift in the rear due to the rear sway bar.".

Isn't it possible to put a 2" spring on the rear with a 4runner with KDSS?

    Not sure on the spring.

But pretty sure the ass end will be high in the air.

I have 1.5" Bilstein springs in the rear. I went with heavy load springs to avoid having the sagging look. I can't say whether 2" or more works, but I'm pretty sure I've seen KDSS 4runners lifted higher than mine.
