I don't make disco's for 3rd Gen's anymore. No real need for them, and not much interest either.

Time has been in short supply for the last year.

Apparently this forum has been left out, and I have posted about my new links. Some of you may have seen these on other forums, but I thought I'd post them here. Below are a couple pictures of my new 1 piece forged and sealed ball joint style link. Wait list is up on my site, and product should be up for next week. These are going to be available for all Gen 4runner's, Tacoma's, FJ Cruiser's, Sequoia's, 1st Gen Tundra, and GX's.

You bought the forged ball joint links. They all come with boots.

You need to send me an email since I'm getting ready to pack your order.

Are install "instructions" available? All I see on the website is the tube you vid with a 4runner running drop brackets on the sway bar.

I don't have any videos showing you how to install drop brackets. There are videos on my site showing the install of the heim joint links, and forged links.

The truck on the video posted on your site is using the drop/relocation brackets for the front sway bar, my truck is not. So, no tech specs from the manufacturer on the install? I understand adjusting them with no "preload", but " the other side is set, we just have to adjust this side" is kind of vague. I know I'm probably over thinking it, but I have a hard time trusting tube you mechanics without verified information.

The sole purpose of a sway bar relocation kit is just to move the sway enough so it won't contact the coilover. It does not affect the sway links or installation of the sway bar links in any way whatsoever. The installation on your 5th Gen 4runner is the exact same as any 4runner from 03+, FJ Cruiser, and Lexus GX. Adjusting the sway bar links is just like adjusting coilovers in the sense that you adjust one side, and then the other to match. With the front links on any 03+ 4runner you don't really want them any longer. Adjusting them longer will only hurt, and will drive the links closer to your CV's. The 03+ front links actually work the exact opposite as pre 03 4runners in which longer links will greatly help you.

With both OEM links removed you'll want to loosen the jam nuts on the new links to allow you to spin the hex tube freely. Install the upper bolt, but don't torque it down at this point. With both upper bolts installed you can lift up the sway bar to meet the lower bolts on both sides. At that point, you can extend or compress the links, and tighten the hex nuts against the tubes. Lastly would be adding torque to the flange nuts (55lbs).

    Hey @MStudt

I am super interested in quick disconnects for an 07 4runner. But not seeing them on the links in here. Are you still selling them?

I’m so confused. The link in the first post to purchase your product hyperlinks me to toytec. I just to purchase your product for my 4th gen. Do you have an updated link?
