Will tire size 265/75r16 fit snow chains?

Hi, so what I’ve deduced from looking at forums is that 265/75r16 tires will fit on a 3rd gen 4Runner with stock suspension.
My question is will the 265/75r16 tires fit on my stock 4Runner with some heavy duty snow chains?

I don’t know if this is important but I would be putting the snow chains on the rear wheels.

So are you asking if the chains fit the tires or if the tires WITH chains installed will fit on your 4runner?
