Can anyone tell me if these FJ wheels will fit a 2019 4runner? If so, are they “plug and play”?

I think they’re from a 2014 FJ.

Same lug pattern so yes. Pretty much all toyota trucks share the same lug pattern with the exception of the tundra.
Just keep in mind the 5th gens front caliper won’t allow anything smaller than a 17” wheel, so just keep that in mind if you ever switch wheels.
