Dude, for real. I couldn't even believe the difference on road. No major body roll like I had before I put the 1.5" spacer in. Soaked up everything well, including some speed bumps @ 30 or so mph.

At 30mph my suspension is butter. It's crazy at 25 you feel it. But 30 it's smooth as hell.

2.0s, but I went RR. I didn't feel like I needed 2.5s since I'm not planning on racing through the desert.

Oh damn. I've been out of it for too long then. Didn't even know they offered 2.0 RR for 4Runner's now.

Don't worry, you'll switch them out for 2.5's sooner or later

Bank account needs to recover from Black Friday deals and vacations first and then probably front RR coilovers to replace the 5100s and OME 885 springs. The front I actually like, so I'm in no hurry.

Yeah that happens every year with me and my family.

I ordered my springs, but now I'm just sitting here staring at the "place order" button for my headers. Guess I'm having second thoughts.

I really want to swap out my rear 2.0 fox's for 2.5 Icons to match up front.

I'm totally on board with that way of thinking, but $2k for myself right before christmas isn't quite justifiable lol

She took a pretty gnarley hit on the passenger rear corner. Impact on the trailer hitch wrinkled the frame, body is buckled under the rear floor. It's in bad shape. She heads to the body shop presumably monday or tuesday and from there I'll see what kind of a decision they make once it gets torn down, but it's more than likely gone.

Either another 3rd Gen or a 4th Gen V8 are probable replacements.

Wow...that total sucks!! Have they made a decision yet? I'm just glad to hear you were ok!! I guess I should count my blessings...I've only been in one car crash...some lady (no insurance of course) rear ended me, but wasn't that bad. Wasn't my car...it was my wife's. Didn't do very much damage. I'd be pissed if someone totaled my 4Runner!!

Hey to let you know...I finally got my supercharger installed...but its not running right :angrygirl:...not happy :annoyed:!! It acting like either a have a vacuum leak or I have a couple vacuum lines crossed up somewhere. I've tried all the tricks I know of to check for vacuum leaks but I haven't found one yet!?! It would be nice if a had a Toyota Scan Teck. Maybe it would tell me what's wrong and I could go from there. I have an acquaintance that works up at the dealership...I might have to break down and take it up to him!! Hate to do that...that's admitting to defeat :anonymous:. We'll see...if I can't figure it out in a couple days??? Hmmmm....??

Well she heads to the shop on Monday. Enterprise is meeting me there with a rental so I'll find out probably Tuesday or Wednesday what the prognosis is once they remove the rear bumper.

@RussToy Sucks about the Supercharger. I know a guy that works at a Germain Lexus and is a Master Tech, been to Toyota University and Lexus College (yes those are both real places lol). He's the only one I let work on my 4Runner. I can set you up with him if you'd like. Great guy who does phenomenal work.

You know Taylor, I might take you up on that offer. I'm going to goof with if for I little bit more...I hate defeat!! Hahaha...but I'll call upon you if I can't get it right!

    Where's Germain Lexus located at?

    Thank you sir!

So we're looking at a full repair on the Runner! after two supplements (almost 1500 each!) plus the initial 1900, she should be finished by next friday. So until then I'm rolling in a bigass Nissan Armada... which sucks. I really miss the 4Runner after driving this behemoth.
