Hey there, from Jacksonville, FL. I've been a longtime lurker here but decided to sign up today. I've been driving Toyotas for the past 17 years, but I never really loved my cars, until I bought my dream truck in 2017, a Toyota Tundra. It was difficult at first, deciding between the Tundra, Tacoma, and the 4Runner. But considering I was coming from driving an '03 Corolla for so long, I wanted more space. After a while, my wife felt a tinge of jealousy with some of the truck's modern features that she lacked in her '08 Highlander. So, I did what any good husband would do... I convinced her she needed a new car, and I wasn't surprised, she chose the 4Runner over a new Highlander. Now my Babygirl is driving a white 2019 4Runner SR5 Prem 4x4, with a 3rd row for the kiddos.

I know its technically hers, but my name's on it!! I love how it handles On and Off the road and it's just damn pretty to look at. I'm really looking forward to upgrading and modding it here and there, to suit my wife's needs and my wants. Coming from always driving used beaters and economy cars, its surreal for me to finally have 2 nice vehicles. Although its been over a year of ownership, it still feels like a new truck, but Hell, my Tundra still feels new to me. Stay frosty...

Welcome!. I'm about an hour west of Jax. Like you, I drove a beater or two before being able to get my Runner, but it's been well worth the wait. I like that Tundra too.
