I’ve search the interwebs and only learned that we have 2 antennas, I have the JBL with NAV unit.

So In the mornings I have zero reception, only static, When I try in the afternoon or night it seems to work like it should. I don’t know where to start with this one. Was planning on installing an aftermarket HU soon and don’t know if this issue is going to carry over. But I would like it fixed until I have the time and money to get a new radio

I have the same problem but I think my remaining issues are more to do with the radio. I saw some old posts where people used these:
    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B015X33YHO/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

My reception improved once I added this but still spotty. I got a super cheap touch screen just for hands free so pretty sure the radio is the remaining problem.

Thanks for that. I’ll probably order this for my aftermarket radio when I install it but right now my problem is with my factory radio

Oops, sorry. Did you take it out and check the connections in the back? Does it do it for AM too?

Haven’t checked the AM. Just ordered all my parts from crutchfield to install my pioneer so I’ll troubleshoot from that point next week if need be.

does anyone know which antenna is the best one to hook up when going to the single antenna?
