There are probably a million posts about this already, but I am looking to upgrade the headlight bulbs on my '18 4runner off road. The recommended bulbs were $178 --

    S-V.4 LED 9005 / 9145 Bulbs

per pair from Headlight Revolution, and I am willing to bet there are some out there that are less expensive and just as reliable. Any ideas are welcome

The projectors in these headlights don’t do well with LED lights. I recommend HID.

I went with Morimoto 2Stroke 2.0. Are they bright AF, no but they are better than stock. If I want more light I‘ll kick on my brights.

NFab roof rack, Morimoto 2stroke 2.0 LED headlights, interior LED light conversion, Raptor LED grill lights, Black chrome OEM exhaust tip. More to come
I too went with the Morimoto 2stroke 2.0 for both lows and highs

I'll second the H9 Halogen bulb. I even pulled my HID's in favor of the Phillips Standard H9. Light isn't as white, but the usable distance/throw of the bulb was significantly better (in my experience anyways). Very easy conversion, just a couple small quick snips.
