A friend showed me a video of a prank that a guy pulled off on his girlfriend by wiring the brakes and horn together, so every time she hit the brakes, the horn went off. I thought it was funny, but regardless, is that really doable and easily reversible?

The simplest way to do while making it 100% reversible without cutting or splicing into any wires is building to be be plug and play with a trailer harness. Use the brake light power wire, add a fuse, connect it to a horn and ground the other side. Super simple.
