This is in a 2015 4Runner. This cable started hanging down a bit and before I fixed that, I managed to accidentally rip it out with my foot while engaging the parking brake. Everything seems to work and there are no warning lights on, but I'm sure it should be re-attached. The issue is that I cannot for the life of me figure out where it was plugged in.

Can someone identify the cable and let me know what it connects to? I know it should be obvious as there aren't that many things it can reach, but I can't find it.

Definitely something aftermarket. Look for an alarm box, remote start, brake controller, etc.
