30 Inch or 31 Inch tires?

Hey y'all, I was looking at upgrading my tire size as currently I have 235/75 r15 and was looking to upgrade to 30x9.5 or 31x10.5 General Grabber ATXs as I am keeping stock height. I'm leaning towards the 30inch tires as they are a little cheaper but wondering what your guys' thoughts are as the 30inch tires aren't that large of an upgrade from what is already there.

Mostly will be driven on service roads and as a DD.
