    Funny, the ones in Canada are pretty tasty as well. Local food is so great, eh?

    Pinstripes, lots of em. Plus a couple dents.
    Slice em length wise. Put them on a plate, sprinkle some good Balsamic Vinegar on them. Grill em on a charcoal grill with some good steaks.
    When they are done, put them back on the plate and let them soak up that good Balsamic Vinegar.

    I like my steaks rare. A little kosher salt and pepper on both sides. Hot grill with Kingsford Charcoal. 3 minutes on the 1st side and 2 minutes on the 2nd side. Been enjoying bacon wrapped filet mignon lately.

    Not much to mention by means of the squash however, the flowers are delicious stuffed with ricotta (or cream cheese) and deep fried. I used to eat them regularly when I was in Italy
