Best place to order affordable, but still quality parts?

What website is the best place to get the most affordable but decent parts for your 3rd gen 4Runner? Like RockAuto or whatever places. And what AR or should I say are there many parts mechanical parts that are interchangeable with a 2000 4Runner limited like if there is a 98 4Runner limited is most of its mechanical parts are interchangeable with a 2000?

 

I often go through rock auto for parts; easy to find the right part, they ship pretty quickly, and no hassle returns just in case you do get the wrong part or find you didn't need it. I've also gone through Amazon before in a pinch (to get something delivered next day via prime, especially if it's a weekend); but have to be careful with Amazon. Verify/cross reference your own part numbers, as theirs isn't always accurate. Or for local, we have an Auto Value store that usually carries good stuff, or can get it same or next day.
