I would like to get some new rims for my 2006 4 runner. I have a 4" lift in the truck and would like some black rims. Having trouble finding a nice looking rim. Any suggestions from the community? Also any suggestions on tires would be good too. My truck is used primarily on road as my general commuter vehicle but we do ask some work of her on minimum maintenance roads in northern MN.

Got my Cooper Discoverer AT3's from Discount Tire Direct. Great prices and service. Look for specials they run every few weeks and save some more money. Love the tires so far, quiet on road, smooth, great for mild off-roading, gave my 4Runner a real "solid" feel without sacrificing gas mileage. Haven't been in snow yet but good in the rain. Look great on the truck also. Check out FN Wheels. They have a nice selection of lightweight but strong alloys in different finishes. Not a lot of people running them, but they are great people to deal with. Nice if your looking for something slightly toned down instead of a lot of "bling".

I have a set of 16 inch KMC Enduro wheels with brand new LT265/75/16 Toyo Open Country AT2 tires. I was going to put them on my rig, but didn't realize 16's won't fit on my sport model.

Let me know if you're interested. I'm in northern Iowa.

Have to go with Discount tire. I have tires from them on all my trucks and have their Wheels on both my Tacomas. Cheap tire replacement when you need it, Free Balance and rotations.

    $190-220 265/75/16 BF KM2 - Replacement Tire is about $40
    $280 35''/12.5/17 BF KM2 - Replacement Tire is about $60
    (I LOVE THIS) :)

I own 2 different sets of Black wheels by them. One has a bead lock Look and the other is just a generic spoke type.

"TireBuyer" is great too! They have a good selection...but look at "Tire Rack" to see what Wheels and Tires you like first. They even have a "Configurer" to show you how they look on you vehicle!
