5th Gen - XM only?

So it appears that my stereo is XM only - none of the streaming channels (Sirius) are available. Is that correct? Seems like a crappy way for Toyota to cheap out! The resolution appears to be either replacing the unit, or getting an add on display thingy. Neither is appealing to me at the moment. Guess I'll be without 314 for a while.

 

I thought XM sold out to Sirius and their more mainstream format years ago. Hence Sirius/xm?

 

True, but they still must still split their architecture somehow. My radio only shows XM, but the one in our Tuscon shows SiriusXM. We get the streaming channels in the Hyundai, but not the Runner. I can get the normal channels, but none of the streaming ones in the 4Runner.

 

Yeah, I thought I was finally going to get the channels my wife’s car gets. Sadly, same collection as in my ‘11 Ram.
