just replaced my abs hydraulic pump/booster on my 04 4runner sr5...bled it the old way, got a good brake response...any other way to bleed it better than that? also is it normal to hear a hissing noise like a vacuum if i keep pressing the brake pedal?

If you have access to the Techstream you can bleed the brake system automatically. If not, and your pedal feels good then you are fine.
