I have a 99 4Runner that ran fine, I parked it and when I went to restart, Nothing! No electrical power to anything? Hooked up jump pack to battery and still nothing. Lights won’t even come on. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks! Dan

How long between parking and restarting? Problem's got to be somewhere close to the battery.

Maybe Bad battery cables or bad cable terminals (common). Bad ground (not so common). Or really bad battery that is shorted (super rare...but I would figure your jump pack would shut down if that was the case).

Take your multimeter and test some connections for 12v with the jump pack on.

Multi-meter your battery and alternator. Could be one of those or a grounding issue.
