I just had my sunroof and track replaced at the dealer due to damage from "Plug drain tube, the track became damage leaked in to the passenger floor with water damage to the electronic relay inside the right panel. Before a had the repairs done I lost power in these items over about 6 month in this order : 1. back window, 2. sunroof, 3. heater then AC blower.
One week after my dealership repairs I notice a leak on the passenger floor after a heavy rain storm. I called to inform them, by the second week I have just lost power in the back window.
I'm returning to the dealer next week.
    Any advice?

    Den

Check to see if they forgot to plug the drain tubes back in? or if they are still plugged? That's the only thing I can think of.
