Due to where I live and the amount of off roading I do, I don't plan on lifting and putting big tires on my 4Runner. But I would like to put a light bar and a winch on it since I do go mud running from time to time. Any recommendations.

For the light bar I actually want to mount it inside on the top of the windshield is there mounts for that?

Not sure why you would want to mount it inside the cab behind the windshield. Before you even mount it inside you should hook it up and place it where you want it to see how bad the glare will be... it will be very bad.

Yeah downpour is right. That windshield will reflect the light right back at you.

I actually tried this with my buddies. Way bad glare. We cut out the grill, replaced it with expanded steel and flush mounted it in the grill. Ill take a picture next time i see him and post it here
