My pickup has a card in the visor that shows them all. Did you check there?

Steering, ball joints, drive shafts, open your eyes a look around under there.

If you are missing the card that goes in the visor, check out toyota4lo on Instagram.

Hey brother, i gave my 4R the OME routine, replaced all my joints as well. But I agree with you and your question, all my parts were OEM and had NO grease fittings... Said to be sealed for the lifetime.
