Proline 4X4 Bumpers

Does anyone have any experience with Proline 4X4? Good quality products? Easy to work with?

I am contemplating making the purchase for their rear bumper for my 5th gen.

Just have been a little suspect as I haven't seen a whole lot about them on this forum.

 

I do not have any personal experience with them but their design is pretty nice and the price is pretty good also. However, I have heard bad things about their customer service. To the point where they will not return your calls if you have an issue. Not saying this is the case now and again, I do not have personal experience with them, but I would suggest you do some research on them and also call them a few times before purchasing.
