So my TRD CAI kit arrived today my week old 4Runner. I was looking to see if anyone know of a vendor who make MAF Sensor Cable Extensions. I found one for Pre 2010 4Runners (Michigan Motorsports) but they do not make any for years 2010 and up.

So I would rather not open up the wiring harness to install the CAI but I cannot find any company that makes an extension for 2010+. Regardless of the ease of the process I would rather pop in an extension as opposed to opening the harness and taping stuff back together.

Would anyone possible have a suggestion?

Not sure I share your concern in this. If I’m not mistaken all your doing is pulling back the tape enough to pull the wiring out of the wiring loom then re-taping it all back together. There’s no cutting or spicing of wires so there is no risk.

I also think the reason you’re not finding anything is because there’s no economical solution to this. It’s pulling tape back, pulling wires out of a loom and then re-taping. Who is going to make money on a extension when it’s way cheaper to do what the instructions say?
