1997 4Runner SR5 5-Speed

Last weekend, I dismantled the roof rack, sanded/cleaned the bits, hit the rails, etc. with a few cans of Krylon Fusion (matte black) and re-assembled with new fasteners. I don't strap stuff to the top, so hoping it'll keep for a while. We'll see.

Cleaned 22 years of gunk

Before/After on rail caps

Hung with craft wire on garage door bits

Post-paint drying of cross-bars

Installed

6 hrs start to finish
