    Does it happen when the heaters off? Mine did too. It was a little fan in the rear heater that rattled around. It would stop when it heated up.

    im gonna try foam probably, i have a small block of hard foam, ill shave it and see what happens, if not ill probably use hot glue sanded and painted
    i could, but the whole switch is attached to the faceplate, it isn't independent, so id have concerns about melting the whole thing before it even conformed to the spot

    everytime i miss DD'ing a manual, i remember how much time i spend in traffic and in the city. don't miss it as much, but i still do a little.

    Can't for the life of me figure out what application these rotors are for or what diameter they are...searched for an hour and they appear to be Hilux rotors. But then thought why the hell would Hilux parts be sold in the US on Amazon. Regardless I bought a set, for $30 I figured I could save them for when I need them as DBA 4000 series are supposed to be pretty good. If they really are for the Hilux then it'll be very obvious out of the box which will be returned instantly.
