Eric from the seacoast area of NH... I was a longtime Tacoma owner, member of TacomaWorld and always a Toyota owner. This is my first 4Runner (or SUV period!) after years of owning pickup trucks. I was intent on trading for a Tacoma TRD Pro but when I saw this black on black Trail Edition, I was sold. Thus far, no regrets!

Only mods thus far are the BORA 1.25" wheel spacers (taken off the Tacoma) and just this morning, a complete set of MaxLiner floor mats went in.

Plans down the road are a quality lift with new UCAs, larger tires on the Trail wheels and Shrockworks dimpled tread sliders. IMG_0132.jpg

Thanks Jake! I was replying to my thread there and saw the banner for this site above. Good time to join in and get this party started!

The N-Fab Nerf steps came in last week and I finally had time to install them on Saturday. Huge difference in quality over the Smittybuilt knockoffs I had on the Tacoma. I had to pester Cheap4x4parts and tell them I was cancelling the order to actually get these moving. It was 12 days after I ordered and it still showed "A shipping label has been created" When I reached them, they shipped and had them here the next day.

I received my Toytec Lift kit, just need some warmer weather and time to install it. This is the TTHA-CK-RCC kit which is 3" max in the front (adjustable) and fixed 2" rear lift.

Arrived today. I have been sitting on the Toytec Lift all this time because I wanted the UCAs to avoid alignment issues. Now I have no excuse!
