My 85 4runner was in 4wd all weekend while I took the family camping but after I got home I realized that the passenger side aisin hub wasn’t quite all of the way in the lock position and is now stuck. I can wiggle it about a mm to each side but it won’t move. Will it ruin my hub to leave it alone? Is there a potential easy fix? Thanks in advance for any advice.

In my experience it would be best to remove the hub...if possible...if it was half locked in it may have been damaged by torque. It is really not too tough to disassemble on You Tube "Wheelie Pete"...he is Awesome and very methodical which helped me a lot!!!

Put some torque on it in reverse, then try rocking it.
