Just bought 2007 sr5 with 200k miles, was a little worried about such high mileage but the dealer let me drive it to my buddies shop and he did a full inspection and it checked out, only needs a little alignment a whinning pulley bearing, minor rust and even had new front axles and brakes and rotors so im pretty confident it will be a good vehicle certainly better than my old jeep, that thing was a money pit, spent so much time and money replacing parts for a vehicle that got 14mpg so im really hoping this 4runner will do me good. Before the jeep i had a 2008 tacoma access cab and that thing was great, didnt replace a single thing at 120k miles but life changed and i needed something a little more practical, still miss that thing but its good to be back in a toyota truck again. Sorry im blabbing.... looking forward to chatting with you all

    It's really amazing how well Toyota vehicles hold up. I have a 2005 SR5 2WD 145,000 miles.

I did the often overlooked rear differential in the driveway with 3 quarts of Valvoline 80W90. Drain and fill. Simpler than even an oil and filter change every 5000 miles - which are easy on these 4th gen 4 runners.

    Good luck.

2-1/2 gallons for a complete Drain and Fill coolant change - good for 150,000 more miles/10 years.

Replace the radiator cap. Don't let it ever overheat.
