Saw a weird symbol on my display today for the first time on my new-ish T4R. thought it was a spiderweb at first, then I saw the outside temp display...finally winter in Florida!

My personal favorite cold weather symbol. Saw it a few times in OH.

    Lol!

Here's mine from last winter. The best part is the temperature gauge. I had already driven 25 miles that morning. I had stopped for some material and left the truck idling for about 10 minutes.

If my gauge said -22° & I wasn't doing the snow removal that I do. I would go back home. Unless, you were working inside. I hate wearing 8 layers to account for work level.
Always hot or wet & cold. 20 yrs & I cannot find the balance. I have soo many types of clothes...
Not to get political but, I should buy a cheap casa in Mexico for the winters. Why live here year round? I just need to earn a lot more in the summers. Shit! LMAO
A man can dream... oh, plus there is the wife's job!
This state is boring & cold in the winter. Cold I can handle with excercise and fun. Boring is just gray skys for 6 months.
Sorry, I really hate the winter (cabin fever).

you guys can have those negative temps. Dad's side of the family is mostly from Pennsylvania, but I grew up in the southeast. I'll take my chances with the occasional hurricane. I seem to be a little more cold-tolerant than a lot of people here but the older I get, the more 50 and below feels arctic.

I was working inside that week:D

However, my company does a lot of commercial refrigeration and cold storage jobs. I once had to spend a few days adding fire alarm in a -20° freezer. That sucked!

The most amazing thing so far was a freezer that was -70°! You could only be in there for about 15-20 minutes at a time. It was eerie in there. It was like being on another planet!

Winter SUCKS! Cold set in here in the north east like someone flipped a switch this week have a feeling it's going to be an extra miserable winter. These temperatures are coming way to soon.

Here, too! We had 5 inches of snow on Halloween! Earlier this week we had highs in the teens. Maybe we'll have Spring in February:rolleyes:
